A-1 Microscope offers a complete microscope program. This program includes microscope maintenance services, refurbishing and repairs along with accessories such as illuminators, bulbs, etc Preventive Maintenance Program: Reduce product loss and avoidable failure by locating and repairing problems in the early stage thereby reducing repair costs. A typical service includes: Disassemble Microscope, Clean, Lubricate and reset moving parts to specifications, Remove, Clean, Check and par-focal all optics, Remove, Clean and Align sub-stage Condenser (if required), Test Focusing Mechanisms, Reassemble and slide exam all objectives. We Offer Prompt Courteous Service: Quarterly, Semi Annual or Annual Preventive Maintenance, ON- SITE Preventive Maintenance and General Repairs, NO Mileage or Travel Fees During Routine Program Maintenance, Special Rates for Government Health Providers, Quantity Discounts May Apply. A-1 Microscope also offers calibration of Scales, Centrifuges and Audioscopes. We affix a label to the finished microscope identifying the date of service, technician, and recommended date to service again. We provide a list of completed work containing Serial #, Model, Manufacturer, condition, repairs. We provide an estimate of the cost to restore or repair microscopes prior to proceeding with potentially expensive repairs. We will provide a written estimate based on the quantity and condition of your existing microscopes. We will also contact you to remind you of the upcoming service date that you have chosen.
